How it's calculated

✔Daily wage = monthly wage ÷ 26. Hourly wage = daily wage ÷ your normal daily hours.
✔Overtime on a working day: hourly wage + 25% (Article 66).
✔Work on the weekly rest day: wage + 50%, plus a substitute rest day (Article 67).
✔Work on an official holiday: double wage, plus another day off (Article 68).
✔Limits: 2 overtime hours a day, 3 days a week, 90 days and 180 hours a year.
